You will be the team’s web expert: building new sites, maintaining and improving existing ones, and making sure everything is properly connected to our analytics and CRM. The role is long-term and ongoing.\nWe value a solid understanding of how marketing websites work more than experience with any specific tool. That means knowing how a form submission becomes a lead in the CRM, why a tracking event matters, and what makes a page fast and well-structured for search. If you are fully fluent in English, self-directed, communicate well with non-technical teams, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this role might be a great fit for you!\nHere are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:\nBuild and launch new informational websites, primarily in Webflow.\nMaintain and improve existing sites, including responsive and mobile display fixes.\nManage hosting, DNS configuration, and deployments.\nSet up website integrations with Salesforce and other marketing tools.\nImplement and maintain analytics and event tracking, starting with Google Analytics.\nKeep on-page technical SEO in good shape across all sites (metadata, heading structure, redirects, site architecture, and page speed), and apply SEO best practices to everything you build.\nTurn designs into working pages when we work with a designer, and build from existing templates and components the rest of the time.\nPlan and prioritize your own workload in close collaboration with the Marketing team.\nYou will shine if you have:\nStrong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.\nA track record of shipping production websites for companies with marketing teams.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining sites in Webflow.\nExperience implementing analytics and event tracking.\nExperience integrating websites with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and with other marketing tools.\nWorking knowledge of hosting, DNS, and deployments.\nA good eye for design and attention to detail.\nThe ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly in English.\nNice to have: experience with WordPress, Ruby on Rails, or a modern frontend framework.\nWhat we offer:\nSalary in USD\n100% Remote\nPart-time position (20 hours per
