Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering Blue Illusion's seasonal brand strategy across all customer touchpoints.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with fashion retail experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing campaigns, creative assets, events and brand initiatives to life from concept through to execution.\nAbout the Role\nAs Brand Manager, you will support the delivery of Blue Illusion's seasonal brand strategy and oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, creative production, events, partnerships and brand programs with the support of your team. Our Marketing Assistant. Retoucher and Senior Graphic Designer will directly report into you and support you in bringing our campaigns to life.\nWorking closely with the Head of Marketing & Digital and the Head of Brand you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure all activity is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManage integrated seasonal marketing campaigns.\nManage the end-to-end delivery of campaign assets across digital, retail and customer touchpoints.\nLead the planning and execution of photoshoots, including locations, talent, suppliers and production schedules.\nCoordinate PR activity, influencer collaborations, partnerships and brand events.\nReview and approve creative assets, ensuring all communications align with brand standards.\nBrief wider team on customer-focused marketing copy and taglines across a variety of channels.\nManage campaign timelines, budgets and project deliverables.\nCoordinate workflow and priorities across creative team members and external partners.\nWork collaboratively with Retail, Digital and Merchandise teams.\nMaintain strong brand consistency across all customer communications.\nTrack campaign outcomes and identify opportunities for continual improvement.\nAbout You\nYou are a professional marketing practitioner with exceptional organisational skills, a strong commercial mindset and a passion for fashion retail.\nYou will bring:\nMinimum 5 years' experience in brand, marketing, campaign management or creative production.\nPrevious experience within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.\nStrong understanding of brand consistency, storytelling and customer engagement.\nExperience coordinating photoshoots, events, PR and influencer activity.\nStrong copywriting and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nConfidence managing stakeholders, suppliers and creative partners.\nExperience working with campaign budgets and production schedules.\nA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and lead initiatives.\nCurrent driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, with flexibility to travel to shoot locations and events when required.\nWhy Join Blue Illusion?\nGenerous employee discounts, with a collaborative Support Office environment.\nOpportunity to work for an established Australian family owned fashion retailer.\nPlay a key role in shaping customer-facing campaigns and brand experiences.\nWork closely with senior leadership and influence brand execution across the business.\nBe part of a values-led business committed to community engagement and meaningful connections, bigger than fashion and retail itself. \nReady to Apply?\nIf you're passionate about fashion, brand storytelling and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
