Hybrid folks come into our downtown office twice a week. Primarily remote folks will join us in person for company events a couple of times a year. All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a unique opportunity for a Technical Product Manager to own Blue J’s integration product strategy end to end, including our API and MCP roadmap. You’ll work day to day with Product, Design, and Engineering, and spend real time with partners and enterprise customers, from walking a large professional services firm through how Blue J fits into their setup to deciding what we build next.\nWhat You’ll be Doing\nOwn Blue J's product integration strategy, including our API, MCP, and partner integration roadmap.\nBuild on our current integrations and define how we evaluate, prioritize, and launch the next wave of integrations.\nBe the product lead in technical conversations with partners and enterprise customers, explaining how our integrations work and how they fit into their architecture.\nWork with engineering to design a secure and scalable integration architecture that meets enterprise requirements.\nPartner with our Security and GRC teams on customer security reviews, and make sure what we build holds up to enterprise scrutiny.\nWrite clear specs, PRDs, and user stories, and work closely with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship.\nPartner with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing on go-to-market for integrations.\nTrack adoption and success metrics after launch, and feed usage data and feedback back into the roadmap.\nCommunicate roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across the organization.\nWhat You Offer Blue J\n7+ years of technical product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS.\nHands-on experience owning MCP architecture, APIs, integrations, or platform products. We use levels to define the expected scope, autonomy, impact, decision-making, and experience for each role. Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
