This role supports product management by conducting in-depth analysis, defining\nproduct requirements, and assisting in the development of product strategies specific to insurance offerings.\nThis role will primarily be responsible for assisting and completing regulatory filings.\nJob Description\nEnsure compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies.\nMay provide business training on existing products as well as training on product changes. Provide subject matter expertise and consultation for product management.\nConduct competitor analysis, assessing their insurance product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.\nOther duties as assigned or requested.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n3 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field within the insurance industry\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nUnderstanding of product management principles and methodologies within the insurance sector.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of ACA and small group insurance products.\nBlue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City is an equal opportunity employer.
