This team supports a wide array of technologies to meet the needs of our customers’ large enterprise network environments.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nServer Administration: Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix environments to ensure optimal performance.\nCloud Operations: Administer cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and O365 for enterprise workloads and containerization.\nVirtualization: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VMware-based environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of virtualized infrastructure.\nSystem Monitoring: Leverage platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.\nIncident Management: Lead network-related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when necessary.\nSecurity Best Practices: Implement and support secure networking solutions, ensuring robust protection in on-premise and cloud environments.\nDocumentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for troubleshooting.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n Required Skills\nStrong experience Cisco Nexus/Arista/Meraki Switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Windows, Linux, and Unix environments using the ServiceNOW ticketing system.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365, VMware) and virtualization/containerization technologies, Infoblox, DNS, and remediation of vulnerabilities. \nBackup and DR Support: Experience supporting and troubleshooting backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Rubrik and Zerto, ensuring data protection and system resilience.\nHands-on experience with firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds.\nFamiliarity with automation tools and scripting \nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic priorities.\n\nPreferred Skills\nNetwork troubleshooting in data center environments. (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Arista)\nProficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating server and cloud operations.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or O365 environments.\nKnowledge of infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration for managing distributed applications.\nFamiliarity with security best practices, SIEM platforms, and endpoint protection.\nExperience with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure performance tuning and capacity planning.\nQualifications\nProvide game day support on major holidays when games are played.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.\n Certifications: CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL and technical certifications in, servers and/ or cloud (preferred).\nExperience: Demonstrated expertise in a complex, multisite environment.\n\nBase Salary Range: $120,000 to $165,000\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
