cameras, and alarm systems.\nControl facility access by verifying identification and issuing visitor credentials.\nRespond promptly to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, and security incidents.\nInvestigate suspicious activities and document findings through detailed incident reports.\nProvide exceptional customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.\nEnforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.\nConduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards or security concerns.\nCoordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when necessary.\nComplete daily activity logs and maintain accurate security documentation.\nReport maintenance, safety, or security issues to appropriate personnel.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nPrevious security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred.\nValid driver's license (if required for the assignment).\nAbility to obtain and maintain all required state security licenses or certifications.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.\nBasic computer proficiency, including email and report writing.\nExcellent observation and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.\nExperience operating CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.\nKnowledge of emergency response procedures and incident reporting.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nFrequently ascend/descend floors and/or remain stationary frequently\nMust be able to occasionally transport, move up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nMaintain visual acuity sufficient to observe surroundings and monitor security systems.\nWork Environment\nIndoor and outdoor work environments.\nMay be exposed to varying weather conditions, noise, and emergency situations.\nMust be available to work days, evenings, nights, weekends,
