Innovation and brilliance - two things that set us apart.Join us!\nThe Reverse Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of reverse logistics operations by receiving, inspecting, processing, and tracking return and RMA orders, customer returns, repairs, and returned inventory. Reporting to the Reverse Logistics team leadership, this role works closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure return and RMA orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes ownership of their daily responsibilities. This role requires someone who is adaptable, eager to learn new processes, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience.\nResponsibilities:\nReceive, inspect, verify, and process merchandise from Reverse Logistics, including customer returns, repairs, exchanges, vendor returns, internal inventory transfers, and inbound vendor shipments.\nExecute reverse fulfillment activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and coordinating handoffs to internal departments and external carriers.\nVerify inventory, RMA documentation, shipping labels, and supporting paperwork while ensuring all merchandise is handled with care and meets quality, security, and accuracy standards.\nMaintain organized inventory locations, staging areas, and workstations to support safe and efficient daily operations.\nSupport multiple Reverse functions based on daily operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nIdentify and communicate inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, damaged merchandise, or process concerns to leadership in a timely manner.\nFollow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and workflow.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Inventory Control, to ensure timely and accurate processing.\nConsistently meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.\nSupport department initiatives, inventory counts, continuous improvement projects, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.\nSkills and Abilities:\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.\nExecution-oriented with the ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing business priorities.\nDemonstrates ownership, accountability, and reliability in completing assigned responsibilities.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and embrace new responsibilities.\nTeam player who collaborates effectively across multiple departments and builds positive working relationships.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally through email and raise questions or concerns when appropriate.\nBasic Microsoft Excel skills, including entering data, maintaining simple reports, and working with spreadsheets.\nProactive mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and suggest improvements to daily operations and processes\nRequirements and Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.\nOne (1) or more years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, retail operations, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, inventory management, returns processing, RMA handling, or order fulfillment preferred.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment is a plus.\nJewelry, luxury goods, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nHourly Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.50.
