This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers (use as appropriate), you will will support project controls, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination for Blue Origin's launch pad facility and future launch infrastructure upgrades. This role reports to the Senior Construction Project Manager, with dotted line reporting to the Site General Superintendent, assisting with budget tracking, schedule management, procurement coordination, and stakeholder communication to support successful project delivery.\nSpecial Mentions\nRelocation provided\nInterviews will include a technical assessment\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAssist in tracking project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting across multiple trades and disciplines\nSupport schedule development, updates, and critical path analysis in coordination with the project team\nAssist with contract administration, including subcontractor pay applications, change orders, and submittal tracking\nSupport procurement coordination for materials and equipment required for launch infrastructure construction\nAssist in preparation of project status reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications\nSupport coordination between design engineering, construction superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve field issues\nAssist with document control, including RFIs, drawings, specifications, and project correspondence within the project EDMS\nSupport risk identification and tracking, escalating issues to senior project management as needed\nParticipate in project meetings and assist in driving action items to closure\nLearn and develop project management skills under the mentorship of senior project managers\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or suitable experience with similar project scope and scale\n1-3 years of experience supporting construction project management on large industrial projects exceeding $50M in total project value\nExperience on projects involving multiple trades and disciplines (e.g., civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping)\nWorking knowledge of project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking\nExperience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) for document control, transmittals, and records management\nAbility to read and interpret construction documents and engineering drawings\nProficiency with scheduling and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work in various weather conditions and navigate active construction sites\nMay require lifting up to 25 pounds\nMust be willing to travel to launch sites as needed\nMay require extended hours during critical project phases\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in aerospace, power generation, or similar industrial facilities\nExposure to launch pad, test stand, or similar specialized infrastructure construction\nFamiliarity with aerospace industry standards and requirements\nExperience in remote or logistically challenging construction environments\nBasic understanding of cryogenic systems, high-pressure piping, or specialized aerospace infrastructure\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification\nExposure to earned value management (EVM) or similar project performance tracking methods\nStrong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills\nCulture Statement\nDon’t meet all desired requirements?
