In this position you will perform change analysis activities. Managing change requests, supporting change impact identification, facilitating change boards, status change implementation tasks, and supporting transition of engineering through to manufacturing operations for Blue Moon vehicles.\nYou will ensure the implementation is consistent with company and business unit policies. Passion for our mission and vision is required!\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLeads cross-functional teams to deliver results on schedule and with high-quality\nImplement and create Configuration and Data Management policies, procedures, and standards to be used for human rated spaceflight\nManage product configuration management (Product structure, parts, drawings, documents, and requirements management)\nExperience in configuration management of part libraries\nLead change control processes to ensure risks and change impacts are well understood and documented\nIdentify and implement system and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality\nWork directly with product teams and senior leadership to provide timely configuration and data management services for all types of data\nEnsure configuration and data management rules are implemented to customer requirements\nTrain team of engineers on the configuration and data management processes and work instructions\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAA/AS or BA/BS in a related technical or liberal arts discipline\n6+ years of direct product configuration management experience (Product structure, parts, drawings, documents and requirements management)\n4+ years of experience working in a highly regulated environment (aerospace, nuclear, government, medical device, etc.)\nAdvanced professional expertise of configuration management principles and practices\nDemonstrates strong negotiation skills relative to Configuration Management strategies\nKnowledge of with product lifecycle management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning and/or data management tools\nPossess high attention to detail and strong organizational/coordination skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nPreferred:\nExperience in aerospace or automotive industries\nExperience with customer deliverables (CDRLs) and supplier deliverables (SDRLs)\nExperience with embedded hardware and printed circuit card assemblies\nExperience using Windchill, Creo, Jama Connect, Confluence, and Jira\nFamiliarity with Export Control regulations (EAR/ITAR)\nExperience understanding contractual requirements\nExperience with Creo/CATIA, MPMLink, Rover, GitLab, Cameo or MRP/MES systems\nBase Pay Range for:\nCO applicants is $102,721.00 - $143,809.05\nWA applicants is $112,059.00 - $156,882.60Other site ranges may differ\nCulture Statement\nDon’t meet all desired requirements?
