In this entry-level role you will support the execution of electrical verification activities - continuity checks, interface tests, and data bus verification - under the guidance of senior test engineers. You will build hands-on spacecraft electrical test experience while contributing to the team enabling high-rate satellite production.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nExecute electrical test procedures under the supervision of senior test engineers; record results accurately and completely.\nAssist with bench and test equipment setup for electrical test campaigns; perform pre-test and post-test equipment checks.\nDocument test anomalies clearly and completely; escalate off-nominal observations to senior engineers promptly.\nSupport procedure red-line mark-up incorporation and documentation updates following test execution.\nMaintain ESD compliance, bench cleanliness, FOD prevention discipline, and configuration accountability.\nSupport test readiness gate preparations: hardware inventories, configuration verification, and test setup checklists.\nParticipate in test briefings, anomaly reviews, and lessons-learned sessions.\nLearn and develop competency in electrical test methods, GSE operation, and data interpretation under mentorship of senior engineers.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.\n0-2 years of experience in electrical test, electronics laboratory work, hardware verification, or a related hands-on technical role; relevant internship or co-op experience accepted.\nBasic familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, or similar).\nDemonstrated ability to follow detailed technical procedures carefully and completely.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data recording.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document observations clearly.\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship or project experience with spacecraft, satellite, or complex electronic systems test.\nFamiliarity with data bus protocols (CAN, SpaceWire, RS-422) from coursework or lab experience.\nBasic Python or scripting experience; interest in test automation.\nBackground with ESD-sensitive electronics handling.\nAcademic or project experience with embedded systems, avionics, or spacecraft subsystems.\nBase Pay Range for:\nCO applicants is $74,537.00 - $104,351.10\nWA applicants is $81,313.00 - $113,837.85Other site ranges may differ\nCulture Statement\nDon’t meet all desired requirements?
