Work weekends and overtime as requested by supervisor to meet the needs of company and customers.\nMaintain daily records, logs, receipts, and other necessary documents.\nMaintain a clean, secure and properly stocked assigned company vehicle.\nPerform all assigned duties in compliance with company policies, specifications and those applicable to the requirements of OSHA, FCC, NEC and local ordinances.\nProvide customer feedback, promote & sell company services. Maintain an appropriate and professional image with the community through appearance and demeanor.\nPerform other duties as assigned/requested by supervisor to achieve company goals and objectives.\nKnowledge of appropriate testing equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer, signal level meters, TDR’s, cable line toners, ohm meters, CLI detection meters, etc.)\nKnowledge of National Electric Code and National Electrical Safety Code.\nAbility to perform all splicing and equipment configuration on different coaxial cable sizes and on fiber optic.\nAbility to read and comprehend system design prints.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience\nMinimum of 3 years as CATV Service Tech or related technical experience\nKnowledge of appropriate testing equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer, signal level meters, TDR’s, cable line toners, ohm meters, CLI detection meters, etc.)\nKnowledge of National Electric Code and National Electrical Safety Code\nAnalytical skills that allow for accurate data comparisons.\nDemonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers.\nExcellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.\nTendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact
