The team provides funding, technical assistance, and organisational support to help partners develop and sustain community-based fisheries management and locally managed marine areas. The team also promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building among partners, helping them strengthen their organisations and contribute to a global network focused on sustainable coastal fisheries management, with local communities at the centre of decision-making.\nBlue Ventures is recruiting a Partnership Coordinator in Senegal to help expand and strengthen its partner network. The main responsibilities include developing partnership strategies, identifying potential partners, assessing their needs, building and maintaining relationships, fostering collaboration, and supporting successful partnership initiatives. The position is full-time, based in Senegal, and reports to the Head of Partnership for West Africa.
