This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in project management, healthcare analytics, and business process reengineering. You will be responsible for analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management. If you have a strong background in project management and a passion for making a positive impact on Veterans' lives, we invite you to join our team.\nResponsibilities:\nCultivating and sustaining client relationships, supporting organizational growth, and overseeing teams to ensure strategic and effective management of projects.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.\nResponsible for managing risk management, financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables.\nPrepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.\nServe as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.\nMentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.\nAnalyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management.\nMonitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMasters’s degree.\nMinimum of 10 years professional work experience.\nExperience leading programs including planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.\nExceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)\n Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with government/civilian agencies or in the health care industry.\nEligibility: \nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role. \nCompensation:\nSalary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
