The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team\n\nOur current technical environment:\nSoftware: Java, Springboot, React, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth\nApplication Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture\nCloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)\nFrameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Springboot, Gradle GIT, Ignite\n\nWhat you'll do:\nDrive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient.\nWrite and review service descriptions including relevant measures of service quality and drives architecture to deliver on these promises through self-healing, reliable services that require minimum manual intervention.\nProvide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey.\nConfidently represents product and portfolio, including vision and functional and technical roadmaps, within the company and, when necessary, to strategic customers\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 0-1 years of experience in Software development ideally a candidate that has started as a Software Engineer\nStrong programming experience and background in Enterprise Java, Springboot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth\nDemonstrable experience designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (Azure)\nDemonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud at scale.\nExperience with implementation of Event driven architecture using Kafka, Spark or similar technologies\nHands-on development skills along with architecture/design experience should not have moved away from software development\nDemonstrable experience, thorough knowledge and interests in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud Scalability, performance and High availability\nExperience with API management platforms & providing / consuming RESTful APIs\nExperience with varied tools such as Spring Boot, OAuth, REST, GraphQL, Hibernate, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.\nExperience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation.\n\nOur Values\n\nIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
