As we continue to strengthen our cybersecurity programs, our Cyber Trust team is seeking a Cybersecurity Customer Trust Program Manager (Cyber Trust Advisor) to help support and deliver our Security Communications program. This role is ideal for someone who can translate cybersecurity topics into clear communications, training, and customer guidance while coordinating effectively across teams.\n\nOur team builds customer trust through transparency and technical expertise. In this highly collaborative and visible role, you will partner with security, presales, sales, and account teams to explain our security posture, support incident communications, and help prepare teams for challenging customer conversations. The successful candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to use sound judgment and data to move work forward.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nSupport and coordinate communication initiatives that strengthen customer trust and security transparency. \n\nDevelop and deliver clear technical and non-technical communications, training, and educational materials related to incident response, security awareness, and other cybersecurity topics.\n\nAggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making. \n\nAdvise on communications strategy, manage unpredictable issues, and address blockers. \n\nDrive continuous improvement by embracing new tools, strategies, and processes. \n\nTrack, analyze, and report on progress against goals and overall program health. \n\nWhat We’re Looking For: \nRequired Qualifications\n\n5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience. \n\nDirect experience developing and delivering training or educational content related to incident response, security awareness, or other cybersecurity topics.\n\nProven ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including presales, sales, and customer account teams, to clearly explain the organization’s security posture.\n\nExperience supporting customer-facing communications during security events or incidents, including partnering with account teams on sensitive or challenging customer calls.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or related field. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in IT security and/or cloud technology (e.g., incident response, security operations, public relations). \n\nAbility to communicate complex topics effectively and exercise high judgment under pressure. \n\nExperience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements. \n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $114,104.00 - $135,000.00 USD.\nThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
