Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you will mentor junior team members.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nSelect, build, and optimize classifiers using advanced machine learning techniques.\nConduct data mining using cutting-edge methods and tools.\nIntegrate third-party data sources to enhance the company's datasets when necessary.\nRefine data collection procedures to ensure relevant data is available for analytic systems.\nProcess, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.\nPerform ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly to stakeholders.\nAddress customer concerns regarding forecasting issues and data quality, and write codes to perform forecasting checks.\nBuilding custom utilities using advance ML and AI techniques to solve business problems\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nSolid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., Linear Regression, K-Means Clustering, Naive Bayes).\nProficiency in data science toolkits such as Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn (expertise in at least two is required).\nExperience in LLM, NLP techniques and Neural network.\nExperience in supply chain concepts and statistical analysis.\nKnowledge of operations research concepts, including integer, linear, and stochastic programming.\nStrong critical and operational thinking skills.\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Streamlit and Power BI.\nProficiency in query languages such as SQL and Snowflake, or Python-based SQL wrappers.\nSolid grounding in applied statistics, including distributions, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.\nBonus skills: familiarity with Dask/parallel processing, Airflow orchestration tools, Postman/API integration.\nStrong scripting and programming capabilities.\nData-driven mindset with an eye for detail.\n\nEducational Background\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Data Science.\n\nExperience\n\n1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience.\n\nOur Values\n\nIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
