You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend services and APIs.\n\n- Build and integrate event streaming solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines.\n\n- Collaborate with Java teams to develop and maintain hybrid Python-Java microservices.\n\n- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and ensure high code coverage and maintainability.\n\n- Design and optimise NoSQL data models (Snowflake, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).\n\n- Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).\n\n- Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to integrate analytics, ML, or Generative AI modules.\n\n- Contribute to architectural design and performance optimisation discussions.\n\n- Support front-end development in React.js or Node.js when needed for full-stack integration.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 9+ years of professional experience in software development.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django frameworks).\n\n- Solid understanding of event-driven systems and Apache Kafka.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).\n\n- Experience with DevOps tooling - Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation.\n\n- Expertise in NoSQL databases (Snowflake preferred;
