You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance backend services — and optionally contribute to front-end components (React, Node.js ) or Generative AI-driven features in our product ecosystem.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend services and APIs.\nBuild and integrate event streaming solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines.\nCollaborate with Java teams to develop and maintain hybrid Python-Java microservices.\nImplement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and ensure high code coverage and maintainability.\nDesign and optimise NoSQL data models (preferably Snowflake, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).\nDevelop and automate CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).\nCollaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to integrate analytics, ML, or Generative AI modules.\nContribute to architectural design and performance optimisation discussions.\nOptionally, support front-end development in React.js or Node.js when needed for full-stack integration.\n\nRequirements: \n9+ years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django frameworks).\nSolid understanding of event-driven systems and Apache Kafka.
