Technical Leadership: \nOwn architecture and technical direction for complex product areas.\nDesign HLD/LLD, service boundaries, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.\nDrive architectural modernization of large C++ codebases.\nDefine technical approaches for migrating legacy applications to cloud-native SaaS architectures.\nEvaluate architectural trade-offs involving performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and cost.\nIdentify and drive resolution of architectural and technical debt.\nWork closely with architects and technical leaders across teams.\n\nC++ and Performance: \nRemain hands-on in modern C++17/C++20 development.\nDesign high-performance algorithms and concurrent systems.\nLead performance investigations involving: CPU, Memory, Network, I/O, Concurrency, Serialization, Database access.\nEstablish performance benchmarks and measurable engineering improvements.\nReview complex C++ designs and implementations.\n\nDistributed Systems and Cloud: \nDesign highly scalable distributed services.\nDefine approaches for horizontal scaling, high availability, fault tolerance, Self-healing, stateful connections, distributed caching, and event-driven processing.\nWork with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure/AWS, Kafka, and Redis.\nDesign cloud-native APIs and service communication using REST/WebSocket/gRPC where appropriate.\nDrive production readiness and operational excellence.\n\nProduction and Reliability: \nLead investigation of critical production issues.\nDrive root-cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.\nImprove observability through metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.\nDefine reliability and scalability improvements based on production telemetry.\nChampion automation to minimize manual operational intervention.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or a related field.\n8-10 years of software engineering experience.\n7+ years of strong hands-on C++ experience.\nExpert-level understanding of modern C++.\nStrong experience with C++17/C++20.\nExcellent knowledge of advanced C++/STL, memory management, multithreading/concurrency, design patterns, and performance optimization.\nStrong experience designing HLD/LLD.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems.\nExperience designing and operating microservices.\nStrong Linux experience.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, Kafka/event-driven systems, and Redis/caching.\nExperience with production debugging and observability.\nStrong technical leadership and mentoring
