This role partners closely with Finance, Tax, ERP, Compliance, and Technology teams across EMEA and US regions.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nAvalara E-Invoicing & Regulatory Compliance\n\nDesign, implement, and support Avalara E-Invoicing solutions, Peppol integrations, and global electronic invoicing platforms.\nLead compliant e-invoicing deployments across multiple countries and jurisdictions.\nSupport EU ViDA, Peppol, KSeF, SDI, SII, and other digital reporting mandates.\n\nIntegration & Solution Development\n\nIntegrate Workday Financials, Avalara E-Invoicing, tax engines, ERP platforms, and compliance systems.\nDevelop solutions using REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, UBL, and electronic document exchange standards.\nImplement integrations using Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Studio, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.\n\nElectronic Invoice Processing\n\nDesign end-to-end invoice workflows including generation, validation, transmission, status tracking, and exception handling.\n\nPeppol & Digital Network Integration\n\nSupport Peppol Access Points, SMP/SML configurations, and document transmission standards.\n\nSecurity, Compliance & Architecture\n\nImplement authentication, encryption, digital signatures, certificate management, and secure transmission controls.\n\nCollaboration & Support\n\nPartner with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Compliance, ERP, and Technology stakeholders.\nProvide production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical leadership.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA and US regions to drive global initiatives.\nDemonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts and overlapping business hours to support stakeholders across EMEA and US time zones.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\n10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Integration, and Enterprise Application Development.\nHands-on experience with Avalara E-Invoicing, Peppol, or similar global e-invoicing platforms.\nStrong experience integrating Workday Financials and ERP systems with tax and compliance platforms.\nExpertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, UBL, and electronic document exchange standards.\nExperience with Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Studio, Azure Integration Services, or similar middleware technologies.\nStrong understanding of Peppol Network Architecture, Access Points, SMP/SML, and e-document transmission protocols.\nExperience designing end-to-end invoice processing workflows.\nExperience in Agile/Scrum environments and global cross-functional teams.\nStrong understanding of security, encryption, authentication, digital signatures, and compliance requirements.\nKnowledge of EU ViDA, Peppol, KSeF, SDI, SII, and other e-invoicing regulations.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams across EMEA and US regions.\nMust be comfortable working with cross-functional teams across EMEA and US time zones and demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts based on business and project needs.\n\nOur Values\n\nIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
