Based on priority, fix defects and aim to make the services/ workflow/ functionality reliable enough.\nTimely interactions with operate team to shift left certain known issues until the fix is available. Also, train the operate team on the new features being release every quarter.\nRaises and resolves operational concerns during design phases.\nProduces actionable user stories to relieve operational pain.\nPlans and performs more complex changes and manages stakeholder expectations.\nSeeks out the root cause of incidents and inspires improvements in a blameless fashion.\nStrives to replace service requests with self-service functionality and automation.\nDiligently collaborates with stakeholders to optimize their choice of service and service usage to minimize costs for derived products.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\n8 to 10 years of strong hands-on experience in software development of large and complex enterprise applications.\nExperience in developing enterprise applications using Python using Django.\nDemonstrable experience of designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions.\nHands-on development skills along with architecture/design experience; should not have moved away from software development.\nExperience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation.\nGood Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management.\nStrong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn new technologies, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.\n\nOur Values\n\nIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
