The role does not directly support customers, participate in client-facing activities, generate billable utilization, or manage external project engagements.\nLocation: Virtual within the US\nTravel: Up to 10% travel across the US for team site meetings\nOverview\nBlue Yonder’s PMO team is seeking a Project Manager to drive operational excellence and innovation within our North America Professional Services organization. This role bridges project management and PMO operations to empower our Professional Services Project Managers and scale our delivery capabilities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport and Lead PMO Initiatives: Own the execution of discrete PMO improvement projects from process standardization to operational efficiency initiatives. Support the broader PMO team in rolling out best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery excellence programs across North America projects. Track initiative progress, manage stakeholder communication, and report on outcomes.\n\nPM Needs Assessment and Prioritized Support: Actively track Project Manager needs, pain points, and support requests across the North America organization. Analyze patterns in PM requests to identify common challenges. Prioritize support deliverables based on business impact and PM availability. Provide timely, high-quality operational support to help PMs focus on delivery.\n\nPM Artifacts and Documentation Management: Maintain, organize, and standardize all Project Manager artifacts including templates, checklists, status reports, SOWs, project plans, and delivery documentation. Ensure version control, accessibility, and usability across the organization. Drive adoption of standardized templates and documentation practices.\n\nAI-Powered Knowledge Repository Development: Leverage AI and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms) to design and build a centralized Professional Services knowledge repository. Develop intelligent agents and tools that help PMs quickly access best practices, project playbooks, lessons learned, and guidance. Continuously refine the repository based on PM feedback and usage patterns.\n\nPS Tools Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current PS tools and platforms (Smartsheet, Salesforce, PSA systems, etc.). Propose and pilot process improvements that simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy. Partner with IT and business teams on implementation and change management.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEducation & Background\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management is required. Bonus if the degree is from a leading SCM program or institution.\n2 - 4 years of professional experience in project coordination, business operations, and/or supply chain.\nAt least 1 year of experience in consulting operations\nExperience & Competencies\nHands-on experience with project management, process improvement, or operations in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.\nDemonstrated ability to design, organize, and manage documentation and knowledge systems.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\nTechnical Skills & Tools\nProficiency with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).\nAdvanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis, visualization, and reporting.\nHands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, or similar) and interest in building AI-powered workflows and agents.\nBasic understanding of APIs, no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.), and knowledge management systems.\nSkills & Attributes\nExceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project coordination skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence across levels.\nProactive and entrepreneurial mindset-comfort with ambiguity and driven to create new solutions using modern tools.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across PM, operations, and technical teams.\nSupply chain domain knowledge and thinking-applying process discipline and systems thinking to business operations.\n*LI-AD1\n-------------------------------------------\nThe annual salary range for this position is USD $80,111.54- $114,888.45 plus a bonus potential\nThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
