role partners closely with sales, consulting, product, and delivery teams to position Blue Yonder as a market leader in supply chain transformation.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Provide strategic and technical leadership for multiple Java Full Stack development teams.\n\n- Define, drive and deliver customer-centric supply chain solutions aligned to business objectives and measurable operational and financial outcomes.\n\n- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering (e.g., Copilot, code generation, automated testing).\n\n- Provide deep subject matter expertise across key supply chain domains, including retail, execution, and emerging technologies.\n\n- Lead customer engagements such as discovery, design, blueprinting, and solution validation sessions, ensuring clarity, alignment, and customer confidence.\n\n- Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning through production, including AI model lifecycle management.\n\n- Drive innovation through experimentation with emerging GenAI tools and frameworks.\n\n- Mentor team members in AI-first engineering mindset and modern development practices.\n\n- Serve as a trusted advisor in process transformation discussions, guiding customers through workflows, reference architectures, and design-authority governance.\n\n- Deliver compelling Blue Yonder demonstrations using customer-specific data, business narratives, and differentiation messaging.\n\n- Connect solution configuration and design decisions to operational performance, financial impact, and adoption strategy.\n\n- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, consulting, and product teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and value realization.\n\n- Maintain deep knowledge of Blue Yonder products, services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively position Blue Yonder as a market leader.\n\n- Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships by consistently delivering high-impact guidance and exceeding customer expectations.\n\n- Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for customer expansion, enhancement, and upsell.\n\nKey Skills : \n\n- Demonstrated experience leading blueprinting, design, and solution validation exercises with senior customer stakeholders.\n\n- Experience deploying and configuring SaaS supply chain solutions, including understanding of change management, integrations, and project lifecycle phases.\n\n- Ability to deliver differentiated Blue Yonder demonstrations using business value storytelling and customer-relevant scenarios.\n\n- Strong understanding of enterprise technical architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration strategies.\n\n- Ability to align technology and system design decisions to business KPIs and value drivers.\n\n- Experience supporting or governing design authority during implementations.\n\n- Experience with Blue Yonder products and solutions strongly preferred.\n\nTechnical Leadership & AI : \n\n- Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and React.js.\n\n- Hands-on or leadership experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI), prompt engineering, and integrating AI into enterprise applications.\n\n- Experience with AI-driven developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).\n\nWhat We Are Looking For : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain domain, solution consulting, or consultative sales role with 5+ years in leadership roles.\n\n- Experience leading global/distributed teams and large-scale programs.\n\n- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.\n\n- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\n\n- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional
