This position sits at the center of the Trading Partner Network's success - ensuring that strategy translates into execution, and that every partner interaction drives value for both the partner and the business.\n\nTechnical Environment : \n\n- Work Management/Issue Tracking : Aha!, JIRA\n\n- Documentation : Confluence, Sharepoint\n\n- Reporting/Analytics : Excel\n\nWhat you'll do : \n\nExecution & Issue Management : \n\n- Track team priorities, projects, deliverables, action items, and commitments to ensure timely execution.\n\n- Monitor JIRA work items and Aha! enhancement requests for ownership, status, aging, and progress.\n\n- Track cross-functional issues and dependencies with PMG, PD, and other external teams.\n\n- Proactively follow up on overdue or at-risk items and drive actions through resolution.\n\n- Maintain a reliable source of truth for team priorities, commitments, issues, and dependencies.\n\nOperational Reporting & Governance : \n\n- Establish and maintain regular operating cadences for tracking priorities, issues, risks, and dependencies.\n\n- Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into overall team execution and operational health.\n\n- Identify trends and recurring issues and communicate actionable insights to leadership.\n\n- Ensure action items have clear ownership, target dates, next steps, and follow-through.\n\nProcess Management & Documentation : \n\n- Capture and standardize end-to-end Partner Network processes and operating workflows.\n\n- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation in Confluence.\n\n- Partner with process owners and subject matter experts to ensure documentation remains accurate and current.\n\n- Identify process gaps, inconsistent handoffs, and operational friction.\n\n- Recommend improvements to workflows, governance, reporting, and team processes.\n\nContinuous Improvement : \n\n- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve operational processes.\n\n- Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.\n\n- Identify opportunities for automation and partner with appropriate teams to evaluate and implement solutions.\n\n- Support strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts across the Partner Network.\n\nWhat we are looking for : \n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n- 4+ years of experience in business operations, program/project coordination, PMO, product operations, or a similar role within a software/technology organization.\n\n- Experience managing multiple workstreams, action items, projects, and cross-functional dependencies.\n\n- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar work management tools.\n\n- Strong Excel skills.\n\n- Experience creating and maintaining process documentation or SOPs.\n\n- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.\n\n- Comfortable professionally challenging stakeholders and escalating issues when commitments are at risk.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Charts, Visio, or similar tools.\n\n- Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain software, or technology operations.\n\n- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, product enhancement processes, defect management, and software releases.\n\n- Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional
