The role involves supporting SCPO upgrades and migrations, SCPO on-prem to SaaS transformations, J2CC environment provisioning, and partner-led implementation rollouts. The ideal candidate should have strong scripting skills, exposure to DevOps practices, a passion for automation, and an eagerness to learn cloud-native technologies.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDevelop and maintain automation scripts and reusable components using Python, Shell Scripting, and Ansible.\nSupport SCPO upgrades, migrations, SaaS onboarding activities, environment provisioning, and partner-led implementation projects.\nBuild, test, troubleshoot, and support REST APIs, UI integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.\nCreate technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures, and proactively troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues.\nCollaborate with cloud and platform teams while gaining hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.\nSupport infrastructure operations involving Linux/Windows servers, networking, storage, access management, and monitoring.\n\nRequirements: \n3 to 5 years of strong experience in Python scripting, shell scripting, REST APIs, Git, and automation development.\nWorking knowledge of Ansible, including playbooks, roles, inventories, templates, variables, and troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including Linux/Windows servers, virtualization, networking, DNS, storage, and access controls.\nExposure to Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code concepts, and cloud-native technologies.\nBasic front-end development experience with React JS, JavaScript, and API integrations.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.\nKnowledge of Salesforce development concepts, UI/backend integrations, or platform administration is highly desirable.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or other cloud automation tools.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB concepts, and ITSM processes.\nExposure to SQL/Oracle databases and production support environments.\nUnderstanding of Control-M, job scheduling, monitoring, and recovery processes.\nFamiliarity with Azure Key Vault, GitHub security practices, and secure coding standards.\nAI/ML exposure, Figma, Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and relevant cloud certifications.\n\nOur Current Technical Environment: \nSoftware: Python, Shell Scripting,
