technologies.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and senior developers to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.\nParticipate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, code reviews, testing, and retrospectives.\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while continuously improving code quality, performance, and reliability.\nParticipate in the engineering on-call rotation to provide backend production support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to platform reliability.\nContinuously learn new technologies and engineering best practices and contribute to improving team processes and development standards.\n\nRequirements: \nHands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, Git, and object-oriented programming principles.\nGood understanding of cloud-native application development, distributed systems, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with messaging platforms like Kafka, databases such as Snowflake and NoSQL/RDBMS, and modern software development practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.\nStrong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn new technologies, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.\n\nOur current technical environment:
