Support best practices across automation, test planning, execution, metrics, and release readiness.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve automation frameworks and test suites for Returns workflows, APIs, integrations, and critical customer-facing capabilities.\nWork with other product development teams to improve test coverage for returns initiation, tracking, notifications, disposition decisions, inventory visibility, warehouse returns processing, and related reverse logistics workflows.\nPartner with Product Management, Platform Engineering, UX, Cloud Operations, Support, and implementation teams to help deliver high-quality software aligned to roadmap commitments and customer outcomes.\n\nOur current technical environment:\nSoftware: Kotlin, Android, MongoDB, Amplitude, Sentry\nHardware: Custom Android-based kiosks, scanners, printers, and sensors with proprietary SDKs.\nAutomation Framework: Espresso, JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, Robolectric\nDevOps: AWS, Azure, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Sauce Labs, Firebase, JFrog, Postman\nArchitecture: Scalable, resilient, service-oriented architecture, distributed, asynchronous, offline-first, high availability.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nApply QA automation and performance testing practices provide input on options and recommendations as needed.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve automation frameworks, reusable scripts, and test suites.\nDetermine test scenario priorities, create execution plans, and support coverage for critical features.\nCreate clear, comprehensive test plans, test procedures, test cases, and automation documentation.\nEstimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across functional, regression, API, database, performance, PSR, and security testing.\nDesign, develop, execute, and analyze automated tests using open-source tools and CI/CD best practices.\nIdentify, document, track, and help resolve defects perform regression testing when issues are fixed.\nPartner with developers, product managers, UX, and cloud teams to clarify requirements, improve product quality, and support release readiness.\nInvestigate causes of non-conforming software, monitor debugging results, and recommend practical solutions.\nTrack QA metrics such as automation progress, defect density, open defects, execution results, and release readiness.\nShare knowledge with QA engineers on automation frameworks, testing standards, tools, and best practices.\nStay current with new testing tools, libraries, and test strategies.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nBE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, or related degree with 5-8 years of experience in QA automation, software development, or quality assurance for large enterprise applications.\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and Agile/Scrum development practices.\nHands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as Espresso, Kotlin, Roborazzi, JUnit, Git Actions & Android\nKnowledge of modern web development practices, OOP concepts, git, and branching strategies.\nPrior experience testing and introspecting Android devices in a live runtime environment using remote debugging tools.\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards and testing best practices.\nExperience testing web applications, RESTful services, APIs, databases, and complex enterprise workflows.\nSolid SQL skills and experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.\nExperience with test management, defect tracking, reporting, and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Spira, Zephyr, Xray, Allure, Jenkins, Postman, or similar tools.\nHands-on experience with white box, black box, functional, regression, automation, performance, and security testing.\nExperience working with white-label products and complex configuration environments.\nAbility to install and configure relevant products, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical inputs to development teams.\nSupply chain domain knowledge returns, warehouse, inventory, logistics, commerce, or reverse logistics experience preferred.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.\n\nOur Values\n\nIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
