You will need to be proactive and willing to take responsibility for both the success of our product and our team.\n\nTechnical Environment\n\nLanguages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java\nFrameworks: React.js, Node.js, FastAPI, Spring Boot\nApplication Architecture: Multi-tenant microservices, Docker, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake\nPlatform/DevOps: Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, CI/CD, GitHub Actions\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nParticipate in all phases of the product development cycle: from project definition and design through implementation, debugging, testing, and early customer support.\nContribute across the full stack where appropriate, contributing to front-end, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.\nImplement components using our design system. Contribute and add to the library as needed. \nDevelop reusable, efficient, and highly performing software code.\nWrite and maintain high-quality unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with multiple tools.\nConfigure and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for streamlined workflows.\nEngage in code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning.\nTake ownership of solutions throughout their lifecycle, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.\nContribute to the team's success: stay on top of engineering best practices and educate teammates on new learnings and findings.\nCoach junior developers to ensure team development.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\n5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on front-end technologies.\nFull-stack skillset with a specialty in ReactJS & TypeScript and expertise in front-end development.\nExperience building and maintaining APIs, services, and data-driven applications.\nExperience working with relational databases to support SQL/NoSQL reporting and analytics requirements. Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas a plus.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.\nPractical experience deploying, configuring, and supporting containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.\nStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with design patterns, build tools, and testing frameworks.\nAdvanced English proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.\nExperience using AI tools for development guidance.\nAbility to work in the evenings (until 9 pm) 4 days per week.
