improvements.\nPartner with architecture, development, cloud and security teams on releases and operational readiness.\nChampion automation, observability and self-service to reduce toil and incident volume.\nMentor the team, plan shift rosters and ensure seamless 24/7 coverage across rotational shifts.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of experience in production support, integration support, SRE or platform operations, including technical leadership.\nExpert-level troubleshooting across JavaScript applications and REST APIs.\nDeep experience operating Apache Kafka at scale in production.\nStrong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance and data-integrity analysis.\nExpert understanding of OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, SSO and enterprise identity patterns.\nExtensive experience with any cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or GCP, along with observability and incident tooling.\nProven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and drive ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem and Change
