Lead quality assurance initiatives for Product enhancements, ensuring scalable test architecture, automation, performance, and release quality.\n\nOur current technical environment:\n\nSoftware: Java, SpringBoot, Oracle, My SQL, , GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions\nApplication Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, Secure Multi-Tenant Architecture\nCloud Architecture: OCI, MS Azure, Oracle, DB, , SFTP\nFrameworks/Others: Kubernetes, RDBMS, Spring Boot, React JS, Snowflake\n\nWhat you'll do:\n\nDefine and drive the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across product development.\nCollaborate with Product management team and Product development teams.\nReview business and functional requirements to ensure completeness, testability, and alignment with quality objectives.\nReview solution designs and provide recommendations to improve testability, reliability, security, and maintainability.\nTest planning, estimation, execution, and quality governance for complex implementations.\nDesign strategies for integration testing across API, and SFTP-based integrations\nDefine test data management for multi-tenant applications.\nProvide quality metrics, dashboards, release readiness criteria, and defect analytics to support informed release decisions.\nMentor junior QA engineers on, quality engineering practices, and modern testing methodologies.\nDrive and deliver continuous improvement initiatives by adopting AI-assisted testing, intelligent test selection, and automation optimization.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\n7 - 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering, with experience leading enterprise-scale QA initiatives.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Quality Engineering principles.\nHands-on expertise in designing automation frameworks using Java and modern testing tools.\nStrong experience testing enterprise applications built on Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, and React JS.\nExpertise in API testing (REST, SOAP), database testing, integration testing, and end-to-end system validation.\nExperience with relational databases (preferably Oracle), including SQL query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and database validation.\nKnowledge implementing CI/CD quality pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, GitHub Actions, and related DevOps tools.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with containerized environments including Kubernetes and Docker.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams.\nExperience defining QA governance, quality metrics, release readiness, and risk management processes.\nFunctional knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Order Management, or Enterprise SaaS platforms is highly desirable.\nExperience with AI-driven testing, test optimization, or intelligent automation is a plus.\nExperience working with enterprise software vendors or customer implementation projects is preferred.\n\nOur Values\n\nIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
