You will be visualising sequences from storyboards and animatics, using assets created by the Modelling teams.\nAs Previs Supervisor, you will have a good understanding of camera work and terminology, such as lenses, composition, and staging. You will create the first pass of rough posing and timing of characters, assets and camera work based on feedback from the Director and Editor.\nWe are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and starting in approx November 2026.\nDay to Day:\nWorking with the Director and Animation Supervisor to create sequences from storyboards and animatics\nWorking with the CG Supervisor to plan staging in the 3D layouts, with blocks of characters and camera\nQuickly prototyping/testing assets in Scene to give feedback to the asset departments\nRefining of cameras at the animation stage, where required\nUnderstanding the impact shots will have on the Lighting and FX departments\nEstablishing character blocking, camera position and animate camera movement\nUnderstanding shot continuity of sequence to help guide shot creation\nMaintaining consistent quality, style and continuity\nResponding effectively to and acting on notes and feedback from the Director and Animation Supervisor\nAdapting to creative change throughout a project\nQualifications\nMust Have:\nGreat experience in Previs\nStrong skills in layout and camera animation\nStrong understanding of pacing and timing, with a keen eye for composition\nUnderstanding of real-world cameras and cinematography\nStrong knowledge of Autodesk Maya\nStrong understanding of pacing, timing and general filmmaking concepts\nGood knowledge of CG Animation techniques and CG pipeline\nStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production and other departments\nGood time management, ability to work independently as well as working well in a team\nSelf-motivated and creative problem solver with the ability to work with tight schedules\nBonus Points:\nExperience working within Animated Features\nExperience with Maya into Unreal Engine workflows\nSkills\nFeatures - Feature, Series - TV, 3D Skills - Maya, Real-time - Unreal Engine, Key Personnel Titles - Director, Key
