We are seeking to add to our entrepreneurial and dynamic culture with anAccount Manager - Amazon.\nPosition Description:\nThe Account Manager - Amazon will support the growth and day-to-day operations of Blueair’s business on Amazon Vendor Central across the US and CA marketplaces. This position ensures flawless retail execution, catalog accuracy, and operational efficiency, supporting the Account Manager in delivering sales and profitability targets for Blueair.\nWe believe that we’re better together. This role is based in Bellevue, WA and is hybrid, requiring applicants to live within commuting distance of the Bellevue office and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.\nAt Blueair you’ll be part of a global team with creative minds collaborating from around the world. It’s a chance to connect with passionate teammates worldwide, gain diverse perspectives, and help build a brand that resonates across cultures.\nResponsibilities\nVendor Operations & Account Management\nManage daily operations through Amazon Vendor Central, including PO/Sellout tracking, shortage disputes, chargeback recovery, and AVS communications.\n\nMaintain operational compliance across all Vendor Central KPIs\n\nPartner with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure consistent inventory availability and demand planning accuracy.\n\nReview and resolve vendor scorecard issues and operational tickets in a timely manner.\n\nCatalog & Content Management\nOversee product listings and data accuracy across all regions.\n\nCoordinate with brand and marketing teams to optimize A+ content, imagery, and product copy in line with brand guidelines.\n\nMonitor for suppressed or duplicate ASINs and ensure compliance with Amazon content standards.\n\nPromotional Execution & Retail Planning\nSupport execution of Amazon promotions and events (e.g., Coupons, Best Deals, Prime Day, Holiday).\n\nEnsure promotional pricing accuracy and proper COOP/MDF budget alignment.\n\nAnalytics & Reporting\nTrack key performance indicators.\n\nGenerate weekly and monthly performance reports using Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA) and internal dashboards.\n\nIdentify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform the Senior Account Manager’s business reviews.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment and operational excellence.\n\nQualifications\n2-4 years of experience in eCommerce or retail account management, ideally in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) environments.\n\nUnderstanding of Amazon 1P or 3P operations\n\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nHighly proficient in Excel; experience with ARA, Brand Registry, or BI dashboards preferred.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.\n\nPay: The base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000 per year. Blueair takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.\nBonus: This position is bonus eligible.\nBenefits: Blueair employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
