As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team remotely.\nAs an Accounting Specialist at BlueAlly, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions. You will work closely with the Director of Accounting and collaborate with other members of the Accounting team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.\nWork with sales and project management staff on invoicing questions and timelines\nAnswer customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments and seek assistance from other departments as necessary.\nAssist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.\nPost revenue entries and ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP.\nCollaborate with the Accounting team to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.\nSupport ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller.\nRequirements:\nPositive and professional attitude and presence.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nCPA license preferred.\nPrevious experience in customer invoicing.\nSolid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\nProficiency in NetSuite preferred (not required).\nStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.\nNight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday - Friday)\nBenefits:\nGovernment Mandated Benefits (SSS, Pagibig, PhilHealth, 13th Month Pay, Night Differential, and HMO)\nWork equipment will be provided\nRemote work flexibility\nProfessional development opportunities\nDynamic and inclusive work culture\nIf you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for accounting and a desire to contribute to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply for the Accounting Specialist position at BlueAlly.
