The role requires hands-on expertise in NI TestStand, along with LabVIEW, Robot Framework, and Python, and an understanding of automotive E/E architecture and digital cockpit technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for automotive systems.\n\n- Drive automation testing for Infotainment, Multimedia, Cluster Displays, and Connected Services.\n\n- Develop and execute automated tests using NI TestStand as the primary automation framework.\n\n- Use LabVIEW, Robot Framework, and Python for test automation, scripting, test execution, and validation.\n\n- Define test strategies, automation roadmaps, and testing plans across the product lifecycle.\n\n- Support product lifecycle activities, including test planning, releases, validation, and roadmap definition.\n\n- Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with development teams.\n\n- Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technology partners, and internal engineering teams.\n\n- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Lead or mentor test engineers and drive quality and automation best practices.\n\n- Stay updated on automotive E/E architecture, connected vehicle technologies, and digital cockpit trends.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 5 - 10 years of experience in automotive software testing, test automation, or embedded systems validation.\n\n- Mandatory : Strong hands-on experience with NI TestStand.\n\n- Strong experience with LabVIEW, Robot Framework, and Python.\n\n- Experience in automation testing for Infotainment/Multimedia, Cluster, Connected Services, or Digital Cockpit systems.\n\n- Good understanding of automotive E/E architecture and connected vehicle technologies.\n\n- Experience in test framework development, test execution, defect management, and test result analysis.\n\n- Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and technology partners.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
