This is an entry-level position designed for individuals seeking to begin a career in Information Technology. The role focuses on device preparation, user onboarding, inventory management, and first-level technical support under the direction of the IT Manager. \nResponsibilities \nPrepare and deploy laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and mobile devices \nReset, image, and configure computers \nCreate user accounts and assist with onboarding activities \nProcess equipment shipments, returns, and asset tracking \nMaintain inventory records and equipment assignments \nTroubleshoot common hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues \nRespond to routine help desk requests using documented procedures \nAssist with clinic technology deployments and office moves \nCreate and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles \nEscalate complex issues as appropriate \nQualifications \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required \nTechnical school coursework, A+ certification, or related training preferred \nBasic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems \nStrong communication and customer service skills \nAbility to learn new technologies quickly \nReliable transportation for Local travel to BBK locations \nAbility to lift and move computer equipment \nMust be able to lift and carry 80lbs \nBluebird Kids Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
