We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a startup mindset.\nOPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW\nRole Overview\nAs a Customer Operations Associate, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely freight audits. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the continuous improvement of our services. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company, with potential career paths leading to roles in Customer Success, Product Management, or Operations Leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage Audit Processes: Oversee and execute the day-to-day audit processes for client freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\n\nOnboard New Clients: Manage the Vendors Onboarding, EDI integration, SOPs and customization\n\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to provide feedback and drive improvements to increase automation and efficiency\n\nHandle Exceptions: Support clients by managing disputes, claims, and other exceptions related to billing and payment transactions.\n\nQualifications\nIn addition to the following skills, we are looking for PROBLEM SOLVERS with an entrepreneurial mindset:\nExperience: Previous experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics/transportation industry. Experience in D&D Audit and Account Payables in a plus.\n\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to collect data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions.\n\nTech-Savvy: Passion for technology and data, with a keen interest in leveraging tools to improve processes.
