We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a startup mindset.\nOPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW\nRole Overview\nAs a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our product strategy and delivering key initiatives on our ambitious roadmap. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you’ll work to develop solutions that enhance the user experience and solve complex logistics challenges. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy tackling tough product problems, we want to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Execution: Define and execute product strategy, identifying opportunities and prioritizing features that align with market needs and business goals.\nUser Research & Insights: Conduct customer interviews and user research, along with data analysis, to understand customer pain points and validate product concepts.\nRequirements & Documentation: Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide development and ensure clear alignment with objectives.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to bring features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless, high-quality user experience.\nUser Testing & Iteration: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate to continuously improve the product.\nRoadmap Management: Manage multiple product initiatives, ensuring projects are on track and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.\nQualifications\nIn addition to the following skills, we are looking for PROBLEM SOLVERS with an entrepreneurial mindset.\nExperience: 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment.\nEducational Background: BA/BS in a relevant field;
