Functional Consultants are responsible for communicating updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, accomplishments, and project risks. This role requires a consultant to be comfortable in client-facing environments and be able to communicate on all levels of the project. These team members are responsible for the implementation of our BlueCherry application & are considered application specialists to our organization and clients alike.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nConduct business process review meetings with clients to understand requirements for design, sourcing, logistics, sales, inventory, customer service, finance, and related areas\nImplementation projects using standard methodology & industry best practices\nDocument our clients’ current processes and define to-be processes\nConfigure a customer driven solution to meet our clients’ business objectives\nLead our clients in identifying business challenges and develop solution requirements in the data conversion process, data validation, and integration between systems\nProactively report to project manager and project team on project progress and issues\nProvide training to client staff on system functional features and capabilities\nDocument training material as needed\nWork with contracts, third-party vendors, and other divisions collaboratively\nProvide leadership and assistance on assigned implementation projects across the organization\nSkills Required:\nDedication to quality delivery\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to teach & train clients for successful adoption of a new platform or tool\nExcellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills\nDemonstrated history of building relationships with a strong customer service focus\nDiscipline needed to achieve daily & weekly tasks while adhering to delivery deadlines\nKeen attention to detail\nAbility to work on multiple projects with deadlines and under pressure\nDemonstrated high level of professionalism, critical thinking, and credibility\nRequirements:\nA bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution\n3-8 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Footwear\nExperience with systems -
