They use their skills to plan, manage, and communicate and drive our projects forward using their influence to lead project teams. This role requires a consultant to be comfortable in client-facing environments and be able to communicate on all levels of the project. A CGS project manager must be detailed, accurate, and be time sensitive in their communications with clients. This role requires the ability to lead a project team through collaboration and effective prioritization in fast paced environments.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDevelop project plans\nManage the project stakeholders\nCommunicate in a consistent, clear, and timely manner\nOversee the project team\nControl project risks\nCreate project schedule and associated training outlines\nManage & reporting on project budget to actuals\nForecast resource needs\nCollaborate through project conflicts\nSupervise project delivery\nSkills Needed:\nStrong time management skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills\nAbility to influence & collaborate across multiple teams & stakeholders\nStrong verbal, written, and visual communication skills\nCapable of managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs in a timely manner\nExceptional quantitative & analytical skills;
