working on structured projects in FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise environments\nSkilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation\nTime management and multi-project coordination\nAbility to translate business problems into clear solution requirements\nResponsibilities\nLead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients or internal team\nDevelop and maintain BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps\nValidate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders\nPerform gap and impact analysis for change requests or enhancements\nFacilitate solution walkthroughs and sign-off meetings\nEnsure traceability of requirements from initiation through testing\nContribute to UAT planning, coordination, and results validation\nSolid understanding of BA methodologies (e.g., BABOK)\nIn-depth knowledge of requirements lifecycle, requirement types, and modelling standards\nIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed\nSupport continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing business processes\nUnderstanding of business process reengineering\nExposure to data analysis and reporting structures (BI dashboards,
