candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, high-impact projects within dynamic enterprise environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; coordinate updates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.\n\n Lead and supervise the project execution team, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.\n\n Manage IT infrastructure projects encompassing networks, servers, virtualization, storage, and data center operations in a high-availability, ITIL-based environment.\n\n Oversee the full project lifecycle — from requirements definition, planning, and execution to transition and closure.\n\n Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to operations teams with comprehensive documentation and drawings.\n\n Manage project budgets, financials, and resource utilization to achieve delivery within agreed constraints.\n\n Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout project execution.\n\n Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and participate in major incident and problem reviews.\n\n Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, resourcing, and process compliance, and recommend improvements.\n\n Prepare and maintain key project documents, including charters, communication plans, and progress reports.\n\n Provide accurate project status updates and delivery performance reports to management and stakeholders.\n\n Foster collaboration across teams, resolving conflicts, aligning objectives, and ensuring accountability.\n\n Translate technical initiatives into measurable business outcomes, ensuring that project outcomes align with organizational goals.\n\n Actively contribute to workforce planning, capacity reviews, and project delivery governance.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n\n Minimum of 5 years’ relevant post-NYSC experience in project management within the Telecommunications or Technology industry.\n\n Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.\n\n Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies including networks, servers, storage, data centers, and virtualization.\n\n Excellent understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) and ITIL principles.\n\n Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n Demonstrated ability to influence and gain the respect of senior technical teams and stakeholders.\n\n Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.\n\n Project Management
