Your work will directly shape BlueCloud's mobile delivery capability and contribute to some of the most impactful digital transformation projects in the Kingdom.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead, coach, and mentor a team of cross-platform mobile developers (React Native / Flutter)\nDefine and enforce mobile architecture standards, development practices, and quality benchmarks\nOwn end-to-end technical delivery of mobile projects from requirements through go-live\nDrive architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable, and secure mobile solutions\nCollaborate with PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans\nPerform detailed code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback\nContribute to presales activities: solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposals\nManage technical risks and proactively resolve delivery blockers\nCoordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline design, release management, and deployment strategy\nChampion continuous improvement across the mobile team's tools, processes, and delivery quality\nRequirements\n7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or principal role\nExpert-level proficiency in React Native and/or Flutter\nProven track record leading mobile development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications\nDeep knowledge of software architecture patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC, MVI\nHands-on experience with API design, microservices integration, and third-party SDK management\nStrong expertise in mobile performance profiling, optimization, and memory management\nSolid knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools for mobile releases\nExcellent communication skills -
