of new team members and contribute to strengthening team capabilities\nin identity governance.\nShare knowledge on IAM trends, SailPoint architecture, and governance standards within the\nteam.\nRequirements\nEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE\nSKILLS, ABILITIES AND TRAINING REQUIRED:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation projects preferred.\nStrong knowledge of IGA concepts, RBAC, lifecycle management (JML), and SoD controls.\nSolid Java foundation and experience in rule development (BeanShell).\nFamiliarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, and SQL.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEXPERIENCE LEVEL:\nAt least 3 years of experience in a relevant
