Your responsibilities will match your experience.\nYou will:\nBuild and deploy LLM applications, AI agents and automations.\nDevelop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool-calling integrations.\nTranslate business needs into practical technical solutions.\nBuild reusable AI components and delivery accelerators.\nDesign prompts, tests and evaluations to improve quality, security and reliability.\nWork with consultants, architects, product and delivery teams, and clients.\nAt medior level, you will own defined solutions with support from experienced colleagues.\nAt senior level, you will lead solutions end to end, make architecture decisions and guide colleagues and clients.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role for people who want to build and deliver, not a research or data science position.\nRequirements\nAbout you\nWe would like to meet you if:\nYou have at least two years of relevant experience; senior candidates typically bring five or more.\nYou have strong hands-on Python development experience.\nYou have built and delivered applications using generative AI, LLMs or AI agents.\nYou have experience with APIs, integrations and tool calling.\nYou understand AI testing, security, privacy and maintainability.\nYou have Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Key Vault.\nYou can translate business needs into technical solutions and explain your decisions clearly.\nYou are fluent in English.\nYou show a willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid working model.\nYou have a valid driver’s license, or you will obtain this in the next 6 months.\nYou hold a relevant master’s degree.\nYou learn quickly, take initiative and connect with our values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast and be kind!\nExperience in consulting, a software product company or a technology scale-up is a plus.
