Successfully transition the customer from their current way of working to an optimized Binocs-enabled process.\nGuide Customers to Operational Excellence: Enable customers to unlock the full potential of Binocs’ features, such as AI-enhanced scheduling, workload leveling, and dynamic forecasting, by tailoring configurations to their specific needs.\nFacilitate Seamless Integrations: Support customers in integrating Binocs with their existing systems (LIMS, ERP, QMS, etc.), ensuring a smooth data flow and full alignment with their workflows.\nBuild Strong Customer Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes such as reduced turnaround times or optimized resource allocation.\nLead Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Manage up to two active implementation projects at any given time, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.\nDevelop Repeatable Best Practices: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Binocs’ implementation methodology by capturing lessons learned, refining processes, and creating tools that streamline future projects.\nDrive Customer Success Post-Implementation: Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff, tracking early adoption metrics and addressing any post-implementation challenges to maximize value realization for customers.\nRequirements\nAbout you\nYou’re a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for problem-solving. You thrive on transforming complex challenges into tailored, effective solutions.\nQualifications & Skills:\nConsulting Expertise:\nDemonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.\n\nSaaS Implementation Experience:\nAt least 5 to 10 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.\n\nHands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions.\n\nTechnical and Analytical Strengths:\nComfort with data analysis and visualization; able to troubleshoot dataflows and interpret dashboards.\n\nFamiliarity with business software environments, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.\n\nExceptional Communication Skills:\nSkilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.\n\nProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.\n\nAdaptable and Entrepreneurial Mindset:\nThrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving job responsibilities.\n\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with a desire to innovate and improve processes.\n\nEducational Background:\nA Master’s degree is preferred; a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.\n\nLanguage Skills:\nFluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.\n\nLocation:\nOur office is located in Millburn, NJ, and we work in a hybrid way (50% in-office, 50% work from home).
