You will combine supply chain planning expertise, project leadership, client steering, and enough technical understanding to work effectively with Solution Architects and delivery teams.\nWhat you will do: \nOversee Anaplan projects from initial design to implementation.\n\nLead a team of Bluecrux consultants and key client stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate closely with clients to redesign planning processes.\n\nDevelop end-to-end integrated planning concepts.\n\nElevate demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, network planning, and inventory tactics to higher maturity levels for clients.\n\nWork with Bluecrux solution architects to define Anaplan requirements.\n\nAct as the critical link between business needs and technical solutions.\n\nOrganize and support the team to ensure the build process progresses in an agile manner.\n\nFocus on user experience and engagement to maximize client adoption.\n\nCollaborate with clients to plan and oversee user acceptance testing, user training, go-live, and hyper-care of the newly developed solution.\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful Anaplan model implementation.\n\nIdentify opportunities for future projects on the client’s connected planning roadmap.\n\nAssist with pre-sales activities as needed.\n\nPlay a key role in driving digital transformation for Bluecrux’s clients.\n\nHelp clients achieve better supply chain planning and operational efficiencies.\n\nRequirements\nAbout you\nEducational background\nYou hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field, with strong knowledge of supply chain planning, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory tactics.\n\nSupply chain planning expertise\nProven expertise in developing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, network planning, and inventory management. Experience in transforming planning processes and elevating their maturity level.\n\nTechnical proficiency\nHands-on experience with supply chain planning software such as Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis. Experience in defining technical requirements, designing dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. Certification in Anaplan or similar software is highly desirable.\n\nProject management experience\n5+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects for clients, preferably in supply chain solutions such as Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis. Experience leading projects from initial design through successful implementation and go-live.\n\nDemonstrated success in leading client projects that involved:\nCollaborating with cross-functional client teams and stakeholders to develop integrated supply chain planning concepts.\n\nEnhancing demand and supply planning capabilities for client organizations, including leading design workshops, mapping processes, and supporting process builds.\n\nImplementing advanced supply chain software solutions.\n\nExecuting user acceptance testing and training programs to ensure smooth transitions.\n\nAnalytical skills\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think in structures and systems and translate client requirements into effective solutions.\n\nLeadership and team management\nDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of consultants and client stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and achieving project goals. Proven experience in guiding teams through agile project planning and execution.\n\nClient relationship management\nExperience in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for future projects. Skilled in driving customer success and post-implementation support.\n\nAgile methodology\nFamiliarity with agile project management methodologies and practices. Experience in planning and executing agile project plans is a plus.\n\nCommunication skills\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders.\n\nIndustry affinity\nExperience and affinity with industries such as life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing, service logistics and parts, and project business. Understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory environments.\n\nLanguage proficiency\nFluency in English is required.
