# OMP Implementation Lead

About the role At Bluecrux, we’re redefining supply chains by combining expert consulting with cutting-edge technology. As an OMP Implementation Lead, you’ll help clients transform how they plan and manage their supply chains across industries such as consumer goods, chemicals, life sciences, and manufacturing. You’ll lead OMP implementations from process design through solution configuration, testing, and deployment. This is a hands-on role: you’ll work closely with clients to make sound design decisions, guide delivery teams, and turn planning challenges into solutions that work in practice. You’ll be part of our growing US Delivery Team and collaborate with OMP colleagues across the US and Europe. What is OMP? OMP is a cloud-based planning platform that helps companies plan and coordinate demand, supply, and production. Bluecrux works with clients to implement OMP solutions for forecasting, S&OP, scheduling, and supply-demand alignment.
