You will also be comfortable navigating an ambiguous and changing AI marketing landscape, understand customer needs, define a clear product vision, and drive on-time, quality execution.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in both startup and enterprise environments, is extremely customer-oriented, understands the technical and business sides of product management, and is motivated by the challenge of building a product from the ground up. \nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOwn and execute a successful end-to-end product strategy with a clearly defined vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market needs.\n\nSpot trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.\n\nApply rigor to deeply understand customer needs and pain points. Identify and prioritize features that deliver maximum value to customers and differentiate Bluefish. Translate learnings and insights into actionable product opportunities, technical requirements, and product strategy.\n\nManage the full product development lifecycle while collaborating with and driving clarity and alignment between leadership, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.\n\nWrite detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.\n\nDefine and monitor product success, evaluate ROI, and drive customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities and addressing blockers.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years experience in a product management role or 7+ years other equivalent experience, with a mix of startup and enterprise environments preferred.\n\nProven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products, with experience in AI-driven or marketing technology platforms preferred.\n\nStrong technical acumen-comfortable working closely with engineers, reading code (preferred but not required), and understanding system architecture.\n\nExceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and interpret complex data.\n\nExcellent communication skills (including excellent written communications).
