In addition, you will be responsible for keeping your work area, tools, and parts clean and well-organized to support safety and productivity standards. You may also take on additional duties assigned to support the broader production team and meet operational goals.\nWe are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or GED, along with some related experience or training in a manufacturing or technical environment. You should have the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, blueprints, and operational and safety documents. Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and working with fractions and decimals, are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and show a willingness to learn.
