You will maintain quality documentation, investigate quality issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, support root cause analysis, monitor quality performance, and identify improvement opportunities. In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve product and manufacturing quality, support audits, ensure compliance with quality standards, and contribute to a strong quality and safety culture.\nWe are looking for someone with a strong quality mindset and excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills. You have experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production quality and a solid understanding of quality management principles and continuous improvement methods. You are comfortable working with data, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions. In addition, you have strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
